Inside the team. At the leadership table.

Aiden Blizzard brings more than 20 years of experience across elite sport, coaching and mentoring, commercial strategy, operations, partnerships, growth and leadership.

He has worked inside leading clubs, governing bodies, rights holders and agencies across Australia and international markets. That experience spans the athlete expected to execute, the coach helping others prepare and the leader accountable for people, commercial outcomes and delivery.

UNSWAYD brings those perspectives together: seeing the wider context, understanding what is shaping the response and turning that insight into practical progress.

How engagements begin

Start with the context.

01 / Context

Understand what matters.

Talk through the situation, the people involved, the wider context and what needs to move.

02 / Involvement

Align on the involvement.

Define the scope, format, outcomes and responsibilities, whether it is a fractional role, a workshop or program, a project or mentoring.

03 / Next step

Make the next move clear.

Agree the practical actions, timing, ownership and how progress will be reviewed.
