WHAT SHOWS UP / Six-session online program
You've done the work. So why doesn't it always show up?
WHAT SHOWS UP is the UNSWAYD Performance Foundation Program: a six-session online program that helps you understand what pressure brings out in you, why it shows up and how to train what follows. It is predominantly online and self-directed, and you work through it at your own pace.
The skill is the same. The weight of the moment is not.
Sharp at training. Tight when it's live.
One mistake turns into three.
You know the plan. Under pressure, you can't find it.
The voice in your head gets louder than the game.
You replay it for days afterwards.
Everyone sees the result. Nobody sees what happened underneath.
None of that makes you a weak performer. It is information about how you are built, and information can be worked with.
Pressure produces data.
Not a verdict.
Last picked. First dropped.
On paper, Aiden Blizzard's career reads well: 14 years as a professional cricketer, playing domestically and travelling internationally, 13 championship-winning squads, seven domestic T20 titles, the IPL and the Big Bash.
The paper leaves things out. He was delisted seven times. He had three reconstructive operations. He dealt with mental health challenges. And there were moments he knew he had the ability, but couldn't access it when it counted, because he had already spent the mental energy before he needed it.
He wasn’t as consistent as he could have been. His skills were good enough. What he didn’t understand was what was happening underneath, or how much it was costing him. His architecture let him down. He has spent the years since working it out: mentoring athletes since 2012, then coaching, high-performance leadership and senior roles inside the organisations built around performers.
WHAT SHOWS UP is that work, built into a program you can run yourself.
Six sessions. Three phases. A blueprint you keep.
Practical reflection, evidence-informed principles and applied exercises, worked through in order at your own pace.
Compete. Convert. Capitalise.
C3 is the backbone. Make the invisible visible, build space for the next decision, then turn insight into repeatability.
Compete
Get organised.
Build a clearer picture of the person, the context and the patterns already influencing performance.
Convert
Simplify the noise.
Clarify what can be controlled and influenced, where attention belongs and how to direct energy.
Capitalise
Activate purposefulness.
Turn insight into repeatability. Neuroscience and repetition, not willpower alone, built into deliberate preparation, purposeful practice, focus and recovery.

See what may already be shaping your response.
The Performance Architecture Profile combines Personality, EQ and Pressure into three connected views of how you operate. It is not a fixed label. It gives you sharper language for what holds, what shifts and what repeats, and a starting point for the program.
A walkthrough from Aiden.
A short overview of how the program works, what each phase builds and how to decide whether it is the right starting point for you.
What athletes say about working with Aiden.

He helped me narrow my focus and develop my way of purposeful practice. The habits I created fast-tracked key elements of my mental approach, and I still use them today.

Aiden helped me rekindle belief in myself on and off the court, which made me realise I have what it takes to tackle whatever I want to do in life.

Bliz provided direct feedback, respectfully challenged me, held me accountable, and has a unique ability to simplify things in a way that helps organise your thinking.

Aiden takes the time to understand you and gain your trust. I am learning to trust what I need.
Excerpts from people who have worked with Aiden in previous engagements.
For when the moment carries more weight.
For people who perform in environments where:
- Results are visible.
- Expectations matter.
- Consequence changes the weight of the moment.
- Preparation does not always translate cleanly into execution.
