Pressure reveals architecture.

Build what shows up under pressure.

UNSWAYD Performance helps you build the awareness to turn pressure into information you can use. You learn the architecture underneath your response, then develop strategies you can practise and access more consistently when the stakes are high.

For teams & organisations

The skill may be the same. The weight of the outcome is not.

The problem / knowing is not executing

The gap only appears when it is live.

Pressure does not erase your capability. It challenges what you can access, organise and execute when consequence and scrutiny increase.

Most performance programs stay on the visible surface: tactics, goals, motivation and technical skill. UNSWAYD Performance works underneath, where performance is influenced the most.

From reacting under pressure to operating with a system.

Not more willpower. A clearer awareness of what happens to you when it counts, and a trained response you can repeat.

Pressure produces data.
Not a verdict.

It shows what is present, not what is permanent.
The method / the C3 signature framework

One framework. Three moves. Sequential, not simultaneous.

C3 sits under every UNSWAYD Performance program. Each phase builds on the last.

C1

Compete

Get organised.

What is already running me?

An honest assessment of who you are, the conditions around you and the beliefs already influencing your response. It starts by bringing unconscious patterns into conscious awareness and understanding what is present before deciding what needs to change.

C2

Convert

Simplify the noise.

What happens next?

The gap between a trigger and the next action is where the response becomes trainable. This phase maps what you can control and where your focus belongs, so your energy has a clear direction.

C3

Capitalise

Activate purposefulness.

How do I make it repeatable?

Everything from Compete and Convert is brought together with neuroscience to build a practical blueprint for focus, purposeful practice, preparation, execution and recovery. Repetition builds access: a system you can run when it matters.

Performance Architecture defines the territory. C3 is how you move through it.

What each phase builds

Before you train it, understand it.

AwarenessRecognise the automatic reaction before it takes over the next decision.
RegulationCreate space to work with emotion, attention and physiological load.
DirectionSeparate what you can influence from what you cannot, then direct your energy.
RepeatabilityUse purposeful practice and recovery to improve access when it matters again.

Performance Architecture / Personality, EQ & Pressure

One profile. Three connected views of how you operate.

Personality, EQ and pressure patterns combine to show what holds, what shifts and what repeats under scrutiny. Designed to provide awareness, not a label. A clearer starting point.

01 / PersonalityHow you are wiredHow you operate, communicate and lead, before pressure touches it.
02 / EQWhat holds under loadWhat stays stable and what starts to fracture when the stakes rise.
03 / PressureYour patterns under scrutinyThe recurring behaviours and blind spots that emerge when consequence is high.

Mentoring and workshops use the same Performance Architecture and C3 framework as the Foundation Program, customised to the person, team or organisation.

Foundation Program

WHAT SHOWS UP

The primary entry point into C3. A predominantly online, self-directed program that builds awareness first, then turns insight into deliberate action, preparation and a practical blueprint for repeatable execution.

What Shows Up: Athlete Group Program.

Six live sessions with Aiden and a small group of athletes. Not videos to watch on your own. You turn up, camera on, and we work through the Foundation program together, out loud, on your real moments.

Before you start

The group map.

Every athlete takes the free Performance Architecture Profile through the group's own link. The results become one group map of collective strengths and areas to flag. No names, ever.

Six live sessions · Online

Live, every session.

Every session is run live by Aiden, fortnightly, 75 minutes. Compete, Convert, Capitalise, in order. One big moment done together each time, then one short task to take away. Intakes are timed around your season.

For clubs and programs

Start in the room.

Run it with your own squad, leadership group or pathway intake. Session 1 can run face to face at your club, then the group continues online.

For athletes from any sport, from talented juniors to professionals. Under 18s need parent or guardian consent. Performance education that sits beside coaching, psychology and welfare, never instead of them.

Reaction is automatic. Response is trainable.

Recovery protects repeatability.

The founder

A life lived on both sides of performance.

Aiden Blizzard spent 14 years as a professional cricketer, domestically and internationally, playing in Australia, India, New Zealand, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the UAE and England, and contributing to 13 championship-winning squads, including seven domestic T20 titles.

He also spent time outside the team: injured, uncertain, out of form, and trying to understand why knowing what to do did not always mean he could execute it.

After playing, he moved through coaching, education and high-performance leadership before senior roles in commercial strategy, partnerships, fan experience and growth. He has seen talented people thrive, stall and lose their way in environments that did not help them understand what was happening underneath their performance.

UNSWAYD Performance brings that together with a practical purpose: help people recognise the information pressure produces, understand the patterns underneath it, and build a response they can access when the stakes are real.

What people say

From athletes who have done the work.

Sharni Layton

As an athlete you need to believe in yourself to take the next step. When you begin to second-guess yourself, your performance begins to suffer. Aiden helped me rekindle belief in myself on and off the court.

Sharni LaytonFormer Australian Diamonds Captain · AFLW
Tim Seifert

I flew to Australia to work with Bliz during a Northern Districts preseason. He helped me narrow my focus and develop my way of purposeful practice. The habits I created during that time fast-tracked key elements of my mental approach, and I still use them today.

Carla Dziwoki

He provided direct feedback, respectfully challenged me, held me accountable, and has a unique ability to simplify things in a way that helps organise your thinking.

Aiden takes the time to understand you and gain your trust. I am learning to trust what I need, and that prioritising my needs gives me the best chance of fulfilling my dreams.

Aiden Blizzard with the Shepparton United netball team

Bliz has been a guest speaker and presenter for our men's, women's and junior teams more times than we can keep track of over the past 15 years. His ability to communicate with each group at their level has been phenomenal.
